Since the start of the installation phase, we have completed another important milestone in the construction of a modern poultry processing plant featuring fully automated production processes.
Following the completion of the cooling line installation, we have moved on to the next key stage of the project – the installation of the automatic evisceration line.
As a reminder, we are delivering a comprehensive installation of a modern poultry processing facility with full production automation. The scope of automation includes:
✔️ automatic shackling and transfer of carcasses – from the slaughter line through to the chilling process
✔️ automatic evisceration
✔️ automatic filleting
✔️ integrated conveying and cooling systems
