Product description

The stomach cleaning machine, it is used to clean the dissected stomach of a chicken of its food content and any debris that has accumulated on the surface.

ACTION

The stomach falls through the inlet opening into the interior of the machine, where it is placed directly onto a set of counter-rotating cleaning rollers. The cleaning aid is water, supplied to the chamber of the machine by pumps. The used water goes into a drainage trough. Once set up in the process line, the unit is virtually maintenance-free.
