Product description
The device is used to manually pack the carcass in plastic bags.
OPERATION
The funnel is attached by means of screws to the packing table or other stable surface. Packing the carcass into the plastic bag is done manually. The bag is placed on the narrower side of the funnel, while the carcass is inserted from the opposite side. The machine is ideal for plants with low processing capacity.
