OPERATION
The compact container slaughterhouse contains all the necessary equipment for slaughtering poultry. The base is a stainless steel frame to which the equipment is mounted and an overhead conveyor with stirrups matched to the type of poultry. The system fits into a standard 40-foot container and, to start up, a water supply and electrical connection are required. A control cabinet, integrated into the system, allows easy control of the slaughtering process.
