A staghorn, is a device designed to separate a packet of intestines from the stomach and partially cleanse it.
ACTION
Stripped of the heart and liver, the intestinal packet is passed through a dropping funnel onto rollers which position and then cut the intestines from the stomach. The intestines slide down the drain chute straight to their destination, while the stomach hits a separate chute that brings it to its final destination.
