Product description

The offal pump is used to transport gizzards, hearts, livers and chicken necks.

OPERATION

The elements to be transported are thrown into the charging hopper and, by means of the sliding operation of the piston, are pressed through a system of flap valves into the pipe system and further to the sending point. Water must be topped up at all times to ensure proper operation of the pump along with the elements. When transporting stomachs, livers, hearts or necks, ice water can be added and, with a long transport distance, a cooling effect on the components is achieved at the same time. Transport from the point of shipment can be carried out over distances of up to 80 m, using Ø 89 stainless steel pipes or PVC pipes. When transporting items for further consumption, they should be directed to special separation sieves to separate the water; when transporting waste, they should be directed to a waste separator or waste sieve.
