OPERATION

The system includes (optionally) an ascending conveyor which transports the paws to the correct height directly to the paw screw scaler. The scalding device is designed to allow free circulation of water and product inside the device, which contributes to optimal scalding effects. The appropriately scalded paws then fall into the paw roller cleaner, where rotating cleaning rollers move the product towards the paw screw cooler.
