Product description

The device is used for manual cutting and filleting of all types of poultry.

OPERATION

The main part of the cutting machine consists of a table with attached holders for placing poultry and a conveyor belt for transporting the cut pieces. The cutting machine is a device that can be fully adapted to the investor's needs. Depending on the size of the poultry being cut, handles of the appropriate size are made for placing the poultry, fixed at the correct intervals. There is a choice of handles made of stainless steel or plastic suitable for contact with food. The length of the divider depends on the capacity of the dividing line. Stations with chicken holders can be located on one or both sides of the conveyor transporting the divided elements.
