SCREW CONVEYOR
Product description
The screw conveyor is used to transfer upwards the elements, i.e. stomachs, hearts, necks.
ACTION
By gravity elements fall with water into the rotating screw are moved towards the outlet. At this time, the water through the holes of the perforated sheet overflows into the trough and flows down a Ø 75 pipe into the sewer. The separated elements are further transported through the auger. The drive to the auger is transmitted via a gearbox. The optimum trough inclination for optimum performance and efficiency of separation should be between 15º and 45º.
