Product description

The device is used to scald the feet of the poultry feet in order to clean them properly for further processing stages.

OPERATION

The paws enter the scalding device directly from the head or paw unhooker or the ascending conveyor. Inside the unit, there is a rotating worm shaft which moves the scalded paws towards the chute. The correct scalding temperature guarantees high cleaning results in the subsequent processing stages.
