ACTIVITY

The treatment plant process line is equipped with the following components:

– Arc sieve (mechanical cleaning of solids)
– Grease trap with a system of pumps and stirrers (separation of grease, mixing and averaging of sewage)
– Retention tank with pump and mixer system (collection of wastewater and daily averaging of quantitative and qualitative composition)
– Physico-chemical pre-treatment plant (flocculator, flotator with saturator for physico-chemical reactions)
– Biological reactor for the treatment of wastewater by biological methods consisting of:
– a retention tank for treated wastewater
– denitrification chamber with a pump and stirrer system
– a nitrification chamber with a system of blowers and diffusers for aerating wastewater and a gate valve chamber
– secondary settling tanks (final separation of sludge from treated wastewater)

Control and measurement system
The entire process of the treatment plant is controlled automatically. The wastewater treatment plant is equipped with a system of gate valves and emergency bypasses to ensure stable operation in special cases.
