Product description

The automatic stomach machine is a multi-purpose device. The stomach, which enters the automatic machine together with a package of intestines, leaves it as a finished product, requiring no further processing.

OPERATION

The stomach falls through the inlet opening onto rollers that transport it to the next processing stages: separating the gut pack, cutting, cleaning and removing the skin from the inside. A guide system stabilises the stomachs and positions them in the desired position relative to the subsequent processing tools. Water, supplied to the inside of the machine, aids the movement of the gizzards and thoroughly rinses out accumulated impurities.
