Product description

The device is used for manual cutting and filleting of all types of poultry.

OPERATION

The size of the plastic holders, onto which the gutted carcasses prepared for cutting are placed, can be adjusted to the size of the poultry being cut. Depending on the customer's needs (in terms of capacity and type of poultry being cut), the cutting machine can be made in various lengths. Its design also allows for future expansion of the device. The speed of the cutter – conveyor is smoothly adjustable, which allows it to be adapted to the current needs of the user, capacity and operator qualifications. The work stations are located on both sides of the device. The design of the conveyor allows for various arrangements of poultry delivery and raw material collection – on belt conveyors, in crates, in trolleys, etc.
