Suspended Weight Sorting
Product description
The system is used to sort slaughtered poultry according to specified weight ranges.
OPERATION
During the sorting process, each stirrup with a chicken suspended on it is lifted to ensure that the weighing result is as accurate as possible (with correct settings and calibration, differences should not exceed +/- 0.3%).The system consists of: a suspended chain conveyor with special stirrups, a weighing bridge, discharge stations, a computer operating system, a discharge chute with a roller conveyor. The conveyor design allows for any configuration of its route. The entire sorting process is controlled by a computer system.
