WATER-ELECTRIC STUNNING MACHINE
Product description
The device is used to stun poultry to be slaughtered using electric current. It guarantees a humane slaughter process.
OPERATION
The poultry to be stunned is transported directly to the device on the stirrups of the slaughter conveyor.
Control cabinet – in accordance with current requirements:
– voltage regulation within the range from 0 to 230 V
– frequency control from 0 to 800 Hz.
The above-mentioned parameters make it possible to obtain a current of 0.125 A for a chicken in the fattening unit (0.15 A for a turkey, duck, goose – 0.13 A).
