Product description

The device is used for accurate weighing of the required quantity of poultry parts or whole carcasses.

OPERATION

A scale is placed on the frame top (under the basket), and the weighing results are automatically recorded. A 200x400x600 container is placed on the scale. Poultry parts falling through the basket and the retracted slide at its bottom are collected in the container. When the scale indicates the required amount of weighed parts, e.g. 15 kg, the electro-pneumatic control system closes the bottom of the basket. The filled container must then be replaced with a new one. During this time, poultry parts continue to be collected in the basket. The operator activates the pneumatic cylinder with a special button on the control system, and the slide gate opens, allowing the collected parts to fall into a new empty container, where they continue to be collected until the required weight is reached, e.g. 15 kg. The weighing station is equipped with a control cabinet. A compressed air system with a ½" connection for a flexible hose must be installed at the weighing station location.
