Product description
The auger chiller for offal is designed to reduce the temperature of hearts, livers, stomachs, necks or feet.
ACTION
Elements to be cooled, depending on the location of the production line and the positioning of the desuperheater, fall directly from the line into the desuperheater (e.g. paws from the desiccator or offal from a conveyor belt placed by the evisceration chute) or are manually passed to the desuperheater. The chilled offal is then transported by a screw to the end of the tank, where it is automatically ejected into a prepared container, gutter, conveyor belt or any other collection method provided for in the technological design. The length and width of the offal chiller is determined according to the capacity and size of the pieces to be chilled. Chilled water is used for cooling. When tap water is used, crushed ice or scale ice must be added during the chiller operation.
