AUTOMATIC INDOOR AND OUTDOOR WASHER
Product description
The apparatus is designed to wash the outside and inside of eviscerated chicken carcasses. The weight of the eviscerated carcass must be between 0,8 and 2,5 kg.
OPERATION
The carcass is introduced into the device suspended on a stirrup of the existing chain conveyor and can be positioned freely in relation to the inside of the device: with its back or chest. The correct positioning of the carcass in relation to the washing nozzles is guaranteed by a guide rail and a gripper supporting the carcass. External washing takes place continuously, while internal washing is activated as soon as the washing head is inserted into the carcass. The interior washing head moves in a vertical plane, enabling it to wash the carcass thoroughly.
