Product description

The machine is designed to remove the lungs from eviscerated chicken carcasses in the following weight range of 0.8 -2.5 kg.

OPERATION

The carcass is fed into the machine facing with the chest facing outwards. The chicken is held in a special band which ensures that the vacuum system is only switched on when the chicken is inside. In addition, the lung suction system will not start until the tip of the suction line is inside the chicken carcass. The lungs, which have been removed from the carcass, enter the collection tank via the vacuum system.
