AUTOMATIC STEAK CUTTER
Product description
The machine is designed to automatically cut and transport steaks. It is positioned first in the evisceration line.
OPERATION
The carcass is fed into the machine with its back facing the inside of the machine. Suspended from the stirrup of a chain conveyor, the bird is immobilised by means of a special gripper so that the cutting knife makes a cut in the right place. The automatic steakhouse works together with a vacuum pump to transport the cut steak to the tank.
