BEAM PLUCKER FOR WAX
Product description
Type SLB-W linear beam plucking machine is used for plucking the wax from the carcasses of waterfowl during the slaughter process.
OPERATION
A free-standing device whose plucking discs are made of stainless steel and equipped with special rubber fingers enabling easy removal of wax from the carcass. The basic elements of the plucking machine’s construction are: a frame with posts (4 pcs.), 3 beams on both sides – symmetrically suspended on 2 posts. Horizontal adjustment of beam spreading is carried out with a system of levers and electrically or manually driven worm gear. Vertical adjustment of pole-mounted beams is carried out by means of worm gears and a vertical toothed bar mounted on the poles (there are 3 gears on one bar). The poultry, suspended on stirrups, is fed in between the rotating plucking discs by a chain conveyor. Both the angle of the beams and the distance of the rubber fingers from the plucked poultry are adjustable.
