Product description

The trough is designed for the collection and transport of blood in the slaughter line.

ACTION

The bleeding trough is made of stainless and acid-resistant materials. Carcasses are transported suspended on stirrups of a conveyor moving over the bleeding trough, where the blood flows into an open container. Guards are fitted to the sides of the chute to prevent blood splashing into the room. The length(L), width (B), height (H) and layout of the chute are adjusted according to poultry size, throughput and slaughter line route.
