CARCASS WATER SEPARATOR
Product description
The device is used to dry the carcass after the water chilling process. It removes the water that is retained inside the carcass.
OPERATION
The basic unit of the separator is a rotating drum made of rods set on rollers. There is a drip chute at the bottom of the drum. The separator is driven by a motoreducer with a motor, which is mounted in the upper part of the frame. The torque is transmitted to the cylindrical screen via a 1″ technical chain. The carcasses move to the outlet after the water has been separated from them. The length of the separator depends on the capacity of the unit.
