Product description

The head cutter is designed to automatically cut the heads of chickens suspended on conveyor stirrups, immediately after stunning with an electric stunner.

OPERATION

Chickens suspended on the slaughter conveyor stirrups are placed on guides guiding the bird’s head onto the cutting knives. The incisions are made with rotary knives whose advance is regulated manually. Due to the varying size of the poultry being slaughtered, constant monitoring of the machine is necessary.
