Optical carcass classification system
A specialised high-resolution camera recognises colours, textures and shapes, on the basis of which the system classifies the carcass.
Product description
Operation
The entire system works with chicken weight segregation. After weighing, the carcass passes through an optical classification system. The system consists of a camera, a spotlight and a blackout curtain. An ultra-fast camera takes a photo of each individual chicken, showing any imperfections and deviations from the standard that will be accepted in the programme. The system automatically processes the information received and then assigns the carcass to the appropriate class A/B/C.
Advantages
- Increased efficiency in chicken class assessment
- Maintenance-free operation
- Elimination of carcass classification errors
