The automatic poultry cutter is used to automatically divide an eviscerated chicken carcass into anatomical parts. The machine works properly with a carcass whose weight is in the range: 1.4-3.0 kg.
OPERATION
The automatic poultry cutting machine is designed to allow modules to be assembled on a single frame in any configuration. The machine can be equipped with the following modules: wing straightening, cap cutting, neck cutting, wing cutting, preliminary cutting, body and cross sectioning, thigh and drumstick cutting, tube cutting, wing centre section cutting, and tail cutting. Gutted chicken carcasses are hung manually on the stirrups of the overhead conveyor. All cutting operations are performed automatically, and the cut parts fall through chutes onto conveyors or directly into containers.
