Product description

The pneumatic system is used for the efficient transport of slaughterhouse waste, obtained as a result of technological processes carried out at the slaughterhouse.

OPERATION

Post-slaughter waste occurring as a result of the technological process conducted is characterised by different physical properties and at a later stage has different purposes, being raw material for further processing, for example: into animal feed. They have been divided into: feet, heads and intestines. This, among other things, accounts for the existence of the three strings. As shown in the figure below, the positioning of the hoppers (6) gives rise to each line. The waste is transported through a closed pipe (stainless steel, acid-resistant pipe) to the separation tank (3). The mass accumulated in the tanks is removed in due time by opening the bottom cover. The waste falls from the tanks into a container (7). The transport in each sequence alternates in an automatic cycle. The execution system is assembled from pneumatic cylinders with a very long service life and operational reliability. The automation is handled by a corresponding timing unit (5), which has a time control. Waste transport is carried out on the vacuum principle which is one of its main advantages. The ease of locating and controlling each line is an equally important advantage.
