Product description
The machine is designed for the automatic removal of chicken entrails.
OPERATION
The carcasses are introduced into the machine facing outwards with their chest and back towards the centre of the machine. Their position is determined by a foot loop, a wing holder and an activated chest plate. The gutting spoon is guided along the chicken, through the sternum to the throat. It is then rotated towards the back of the chicken and brought out with the viscera. On exiting the machine, the entrails are released from the spoon. They will hang holding onto the back of the chicken.
