AUTOMATIC CROPPING MACHINE
Product description
The machine is used to automatically clean the jowl skin inside the chicken carcass.
OPERATION
The carcasses are introduced into the machine facing outwards with their chest and back towards the centre of the machine. A guide rail, located on the bottom guide, introduces the chickens into the leg guide where they are fixed. The cleaning rod is inserted into the chicken using a slide block. The rotation of the cleaning rod will start after it enters the chicken and will advance up to the throat. Underneath the chicken, the cleaning rod is cleaned with a brush during its rotation. After cleaning, the rotation stops and the cleaning rod is pulled out of the chicken.
