Product description

The separator is used to separate the water from the intestines after the evisceration process.

ACTION

The separator is installed in a place allowing the intestines to enter directly into the rotating separating sieve. The intestines are moved through the internal spiral of the sieve towards the outlet. At the same time, the water fed into the separator together with the intestines, through the holes of the perforated sheet, overflows into a gutter and flows down a drainage pipe into the sewer. The separated intestines are pneumatically transported further to the slaughterhouse waste department. The drive to the screen is transmitted via a special chain transmission.
