Product description

Evisceration troughs are used in manual poultry evisceration lines and are used to transport the eviscerated waste.

OPERATION

The evisceration gutter is made of stainless, acid-resistant materials. The length and width of the gutter is chosen according to the size and amount of poultry to be eviscerated. Depending on the width of the gutter, the work stations are located on one or both sides. Tool tables and water valves with a 10-second timer are mounted on the edge of the trough, ensuring efficient water management.
