Product description

The cage turner brings the empty containers in which the poultry is delivered to the slaughterhouse into the desired position.

OPERATION

The live poultry cage turner system works so that, in effect, the empty container automatically moved by the power of the chain conveyor is delivered to the inside of the automatic dirty container washer. This system is used exclusively with the live poultry container washer. The container conveying element is a special double-row plastic link chain.
The set of chain conveyors included in the system are:
– inclined – ascending conveyor with one drive
– a two-track flat conveyor with two drives.

The system is mounted behind a double-row horizontal chain conveyor (construction and design are very similar) along which the containers are moved. After emptying, the containers are transported automatically to the inclined conveyor, then moved to the horizontal double-strand conveyor. The chain levels of the aforementioned conveyor are designed in such a way that the container gravitationally rotates by 90° and moves into a position that enables its free entry into the washer.
