Product description

The container washer is used to clean the containers in which the poultry is delivered to the slaughterhouse.

OPERATION

Containers through the entry opening get onto a chain conveyor which transports them along the spray washing nozzles. The spraying and circulation of water inside the washer is caused by appropriate pressure pumps selected according to the size and capacity of the washer. The washer includes a rotating slotted sieve to separate the waste from the water. A washing liquid dispenser is also fitted in the washer – the use of a suitable chemical increases cleaning efficiency.
