Product description
The motorised “straight” detacher is used to uncouple the grippers from the stirrups of an overhead conveyor.
OPERATION
The frame of the device is assembled to a supporting construction of an overhead conveyor. After starting the conveyor, the trolleys moving on the raceway cause the drive wheel of the unhooker to rotate. Then the drive through a chain transmission and modular gears is transferred to toothed rubber belts. The stirrup, immobilised by the compressed belts, moves along the uncoupling bar, and the grippers hanging from them are pulled upwards and drop into a container positioned below the uncoupler.
