PNEUMATIC HAND STEERAGE
Product description
The pneumatic hand tool for cecum removal is used to cut and pull the steak from the carcass.
OPERATION
The basic element of the pneumatic hand tool for cecum removal is a two-part body consisting of a drive unit actuated with compressed air and a water-air manifold (vacuum). A spindle with a centring pin and knife is screwed onto the spindle of the drive unit via the water-air manifold. A special valve with a lever for water supply is attached to the side of the manifold, and a vacuum piston is mounted at the bottom of the manifold, whose reciprocating movements are synchronised with the button that activates the drive unit. The control unit can be fitted with a single blade of diameter ( according to customer request) D=22, 25, 31 or 36 mm. By pressing the trigger in the handle of the stevedore, the stevedore is actuated, causing the knife to rotate and simultaneously applying vacuum to the inside of the manifold. By guiding the knife and plunger centrally onto the steak, we cause it to be cut off and sucked inside the knife (by the vacuum created), allowing it to be pulled out of the carcass with a fragment of intestine. By releasing the trigger, we stop the rotary movement of the knife and cut off the vacuum supply. Then, pressing the lever of the water valve
Then, by pressing the lever of the water valve, we feed water into the collector, which pushes out the pulled out steak with the intestine and removes impurities from the knife and the centering pin.
ADVANTAGES
High efficiency and accuracy of steak trimming
