Product description
The cooler is designed to reduce the temperature of eviscerated poultry carcasses in water.
ACTION
The poultry drops into the desuperheater directly from the unloader or is manually dropped into the beginning of the water tank, then by means of an auger it is moved to the end of the tank where the cooled carcasses are automatically ejected. A set of two chillers or one chiller with a baffle dividing it into 2 chambers is most recommended. The carcasses are automatically transferred from one chamber to the other, each chamber being equipped with a separate drain and water overflow.
ADVANTAGES
The most effective method of lowering the temperature of the carcass while maintaining all the qualities of the product.
