The Type SL-3 linear plucking machine is used for plucking all types of poultry.

OPERATION

Plucking machine type SL-3 can be equipped with 48, 60, 72 or 96 plucking heads, each head is equipped with 12 rubber fingers (plucking machine type SL-3 – 48 head is marked SL-3/48, plucking machine type SL-3 – 60 head is marked SL-3/60, 72 head SL-3/72 and 96 head is marked SL-3/96). Plucking heads are driven by a special endless belt, while each row of heads is driven by a separate electric motor, hidden in a stainless casing. The plucking machine is equipped with hydraulic jacks, which allows the plucking head housing to be adjusted. Depending on the size of the poultry to be slaughtered, the plucking head housings can be adjusted in relation to the passing carcasses. Plucking machine SL-3 is adapted for cooperation with conveyors and stirrups produced by “Szlachet – Stal”. If you have other producers’ conveyors, please contact our company in order to adjust the plucking machine to the existing conveyor.
