The testing station is located in the evisceration hall and is intended for testing by veterinary services.
ACTION
A stainless steel tub is attached to a support structure made of stainless, acid-resistant materials over which stirrups with poultry transported by an overhead conveyor move. The test stand should be placed in a suitable place (after the package is removed from inside the carcass). A mirror mounted on a support structure gives the doctor an opportunity to see the poultry carcass in detail (from two sides). The station is also equipped with an instrument steriliser, hot water activated by a knee valve with a timer to ensure that the doctor can carry out the examination hygienically.
