This is a complete evisceration line with a capacity of 3,000 birds per hour, equipped with two automatic transfer machines:
➡️ slaughtering – evisceration
➡️ evisceration – air chilling line

But that’s not all. An innovative feature of this project was the integration of a package remover, designed to improve process efficiency and increase the level of automation throughout the line.
