Recently, we shared the completion of our project in Serbia. Today, we are pleased to present the final result.

Szlachet-Stal was responsible for the complete turnkey delivery – from engineering, technical consultancy and design, through equipment manufacturing and installation, to commissioning of the complete line and post-start-up support.

The project covered the entire production process:

⚙️ automatic rehanging from slaughtering to evisceration
⚙️ complete automatic evisceration line
⚙️ automatic rehanging from evisceration to chilling
⚙️ air chilling system

⚙️ complete equipment integration and product flow

Current capacity: 3,000 BPH

Designed for future expansion up to 4,500 BPH
