The washer is used to effectively clean the containers and Europallets of any soiling resulting from the slaughter-related process.

OPERATION

The washer removes all types of dirt, from solid dirt (i.e. residues of meat, cheese, starch, fat, etc.) to liquid dirt (blood, milk, whey, oil, fat, etc.). A single cleaning cycle consists of multiple operations, which include pre-cleaning, basic cleaning, rinsing and blowing off. A chain conveyor mounted inside the washer transports the washed object inside the machine.
