The screw conveyor is used to move elements upwards, i.e. stomachs, hearts, necks.

OPERATION

Elements falling by gravity with water inside the rotating screw are moved towards the outlet. During this time, the water through the holes of the perforated sheet is poured into the gutter and flows down through the Ø 75 pipe to the sewer. The separated elements are then transported by the screw. The worm is driven by a gear. The optimal slope of the trough, giving the expected efficiency and separation efficiency, should be between 15o – 45o.
